No one in the world would say that they don’t like snacks. Kids and adults alike, everyone loves munching on something sweet and salted in between meals. But in today’s world, snacks get a bad reputation of spoiling kid’s dinner and leading to obesity. We all know that kids, especially if they are picky-eaters, require a different menu every day and need something to munch on in-between meals. But snacking doesn’t have to be unhealthy. Learning quick and easy tips can create kids healthy snacks without making them get overcharged with added sugar or salt and provide them with the required nutrients as well. As per the Academy of Nutrition and Dieticians younger children need at least 3 meals and 2 snacks for and 3 meals with one snack for older children (two snacks if they are into athletics and physical activity).
